Over the past 30 years, Benefits 7 has become recognized as a leading employee benefit advisory group in the state of Indiana. Currently, we are the benefit advisor for over 100 employers in the tri-state area.

  • Successfully designed and implemented the Indiana Public School Trust.  

The trust consists of nine school corporations achieving success through a unique and innovative funding model, while sharing risk and reducing costs. Since its inception, more than $18.5 million dollars has been returned to member schools.

  • Creation and management of The Clinic Connection.

Benefits7 created the now trademarked ‘The Clinic Connection™’, a community action plan in cooperation with local hospitals and businesses to promote a healthier lifestyle, promote disease management, and provide some primary care health services via a near-site wellness clinic. The goal of The Clinic Connection is two-fold:

  1. To improve the overall health of the community’s employees and their families.
  2. Increase the visibility of the local hospital in the community.  

The success to date indicates a significant decrease in group health rates for the members of The Clinic Connection™.
