At Benefits by Design, we enjoy helping our Employer groups to find the most cost-effective solutions that will attract good employees and keep them happy.

We enjoy learning more about your company, your culture and what is important to consider when designing an Employee Benefits program to meet your needs. Typically, we start by listening to where you are now and what you hope to accomplish. We work with all of the major carriers in health, dental, vision, disability, life, COBRA administration, Flexible spending accounts and some more unique benefits such as Adoption Benefits to put together a package that is right for you.
We're located in Larkspur, CA which is just north of San Francisco and we work with businesses throughout the state of California. Our team enjoys doing open enrollment meetings and offering a one to one appointment with the employees if they would like to discuss changes in their personal situation such as health needs, adding dependents, getting married and other things that might impact their choice in health plans for the coming year. Especially with our smaller employers, it helps to create that firewall of confidentiality to remove the employer from that role. Providing that personal service is one of the things that sets us apart.
We can also help your employees with transitions as they leave your company because our team sells Medicare Supplements and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans. We can help Individuals as authorized Covered California agents as well.
One of our team members has an extensive background in Medicare products, including Group Retiree plans if you have a contractual requirement to continue health benefits in your employees' retirement.
