1) All Featured within 100 miles of the search are listed first. Until an employer is signed in only the first 5 nearest will appear. The reason Featured listings are listed first is that these members have taken the time to provide the most information to our users, and therefore have helped create a higher quality, curated experience.
2) After all Featured listings within 100 miles are listed, any Enhanced listings within 50 miles are listed. These members have more detailed listings than Basic listings, also contributing to the best user experience.
3) Basic listings within 25 miles of the zip code are listed after all Featured within 100 miles and Enhanced within 50 miles have been listed.
