We manage over $50 million of group insurance premium. Our volume of business with Regence, Kaiser Permanente, Healthnet, Providence, United Healthcare, Pacific Source, and Moda provide us a significant amount of leverage with each of the carriers. As a result, we receive the top level of support from each, resulting in our ability to resolve “issues” faster and more effectively. We also have large blocks of business and premier status with many ancillary carriers.
Our relationships with insurers allow us to design, negotiate, select and implement superior Health and Welfare programs for our health care clients and create innovative solutions to manage risk, by creatively addressing issues like reward balance, multiple benefit classes and communicating to diverse employee audiences.
We remain highly flexible to address the full-range of client needs. All CSNW Benefit advisors and staff members are required to go through training and continuing education program, as well as complete the necessary insurance license coursework and mandated continuing education. The ongoing training is conducted through multiple channels: insurance carrier courses, webinars and classroom sessions.
