As a veteran of the employee benefits industry over 25 years, I've developed a unique skill set, having dealt with issues from many sides - as an insurance company representative, provider relations specialist and highly respected broker/consultant who worked for large national brokerage firms, I am an extremely knowledgeable  resource to clients because I understand the complex issues faced by employers today:  pressure to keep costs manageable, lack of internal resources and the difficulty of conveying understanding and value to employees.  Now as an Independent Broker, I pride myself on being your personal Account Manager - accessible, responsive, proactive, and strategic, you can consider me an extension of your HR department!
