Filice Insurance Agency Overview

Filice Insurance is a privately owned, full service consulting firm that has been providing insurance solutions for more than 25 years. Since our inception in 1989, Filice has grown to become one of the largest independent employee benefits and insurance consulting firms in California. We credit this growth to our focus on service and our investment in the tools and technology necessary to support a client base of over 2,000 companies.

At Filice, we believe that leadership is more than just knowledge of products and services. True leadership requires involvement…and our employees are a busy bunch. We have representation in nearly all the major insurance and human resource organizations related to our industry. We also get involved in many of the associations our clients are a part of. Our goal is to understand the industries in which our clients compete so that we are able make recommendations that will support their overall business goals.

We also take the licensing and education of our employees very seriously.  Our firm is licensed in all 50 states and all Filice employees are required to be licensed by the California Department of Insurance within six months of their hire. Our team are experts in their industry and their areas of focus.
