Business Development Associate

Elevate Benefits - Anywhere USA

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to become an integral part of our experienced sales and marketing team. This is a business to business sale to a highly receptive audience. You'll work alongside our Chief Revenue Officer and learn from a proven executive with a deep network of contacts. You will evaluate sales opportunities, develop prospect and client relationships and provide some customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets
  • Provide prospect and customer feedback to management to improve the business
  • Resolve customer issues and build customer loyalty
  • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 4 year degree and/or proven experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • High integrity
  • Smart, hardworking, competitive - and nice!
  • Confident and comfortable when it comes to sharing your ideas and insights, whether you are speaking with the President or a Receptionist

Compensation             $30,000 to $50,000 Annually (plus commission)
