An integral member of the executive leadership and decision-making team, Joe is the driving force behind Kistler Tiffany Benefits’ Wholesale division and Blue Diamond Broker program. He also oversees KTB’s Compliance department.
Prior to founding Kistler Tiffany Benefits and serving as CEO for 17 years, Bill was managing partner and co-owner of Kistler Tiffany Companies (known today as Kistler Tiffany Advisors).
