Preferred Benefits Services was established as a brokerage/consulting firm in 1994 in Delaware, Ohio by two insurance executives dedicated to finding better group benefit options for employers.  As we’ve grown over the last 20+ years, we have doubled our staff in order to meet our clients’ needs.

Many of our employees have past experience working for insurance carriers which gives us the advantage of better understanding carrier processes and protocols.  With over 150 years of combined experience in the insurance industry, we provide consultative expertise that gives us the leading edge over our competitors.

By listening to our clients and following rapid and continual changes in the benefits arena, we have developed and grown to insure 245 clients while servicing over $220 million in annual premium, allowing us advantages in negotiating renewals and carrier-directed initiatives.
