Sprague Israel Giles (SIG) has been in business for nearly 60 years and has always maintained a strong presence with employers in the Pacific Northwest. We know our clients well, provide critical services and programs, understand the insurance markets, excel in communication, and present a multifaceted, knowledgeable team that would be at your service.

Over time, we have developed close relationships with our clients, have been able to continue to serve them as regulations, benefits programs, and employer needs have changed and become more complex.

In addition to traditional brokerage services, we are happy to provide additional services that include assistance with regulatory issues like the ACA, and more routine benefits compliance issues like COBRA and HIPAA. An employee benefits website would be available to you and employees at all times, and we provide a confidential Benefits Helpline service to assist your employees and family members with claims, provider and coverage questions, and anything else related to your employee benefits program. We also offer in-house COBRA administration services. 

Our focus is to represent clients in the Employee Benefits marketplace, rather than representing carriers and other vendors to our clients. At SIG, we are proud to be able to say that most of our new business still comes to us by way of referral.
