A 25 year old employee benefits consulting and brokerage company firm representing numerous multi-entity employers with 10 to over 600 employees. In addition to unparalleled due diligence in brokerage services, Meridian serves as advisor to employers, and even brokers, in various areas including ERISA and ACA compliance including FTE determination, "Pay or Play” analysis, Lookback Measurement Period tracking, Controlled Group analysis, ACA filings as well as ERISA plan document preparation.
Meridian has also long being considered an early adopter of benefit technologies and selected as “Most Innovative Broker” by the Institute for Healthcare Consumerism in their 2013 Superstar Awards. Meridian provides enrollment technology for all its clients including integration with multiple payroll providers, third-party administrators and insurers. We represent all major group health insurers in fully-insured, level funded and self-funded plans as well as TPAs and stop loss carriers.
